Job Description
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible to the PCT Site Leader for the overall status of Quality Assurance Administration and PMA Product Administration. Maintain a document and data control system consistent with the requirements of the PCT Quality Manual, industry standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain a production control system using the MRP database and other systems, including maintenance of customer orders, production control and supplier orders. Maintain other systems & records for Production and Quality functions of PCT.
Job Duties:
Maintain all technical documents (drawings, supplements, data packages, etc.) current, organized, and controlled.
Maintain, current, controlled, and accurate logs of key items such as the following:
PMA print revisions
Supplier audits
Supplier listing
Supplier fixed process revision status
Shipping log
Travelers
Distribute controlled documents (prints, specifications, etc.) to suppliers as needed
Review Airworthiness Directives (ADs) for applicability to PCT products
Assist with PMA activities including administering P.O.s, S.O.s, inspection & certification.
Adhere to and promote Corporate Ethical Standards.
Qualifications
The specific education and experience requirements of this position are:
High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred. Related experience and or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Able to apply training and experience toward developing and using an electronic database.
