Position Summary : The Senior Quality Engineer leads and mentors at the site, ensuring technical expertise at all levels. They drive innovative, cost-effective quality improvements, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards.
This role is not available for new / future sponsorship, transfer, or renewal of nonimmigrant work visas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in Communities of Practice while modeling professional behavior and accountability.
- Support new product development and lead audits.
- Set project priorities based on goals and trends.
- Engage in technical discussions with customers and regulators.
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to document processes.
- Implement new inspection technologies and quality strategies.
- Provide reports on quality project impacts and ensure QMS compliance with regulations.
- Promote Operational Excellence using Lean and Six Sigma.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Manage risk and drive process standardization.
- Lead Built-in Quality Processes and maintain metrics.
- Train, coach, and mentor employees on quality control procedures.
