About the Production Supervisor position Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in operating variety of machines to manufacture parts or products by performing the following duties. Maintains time and production records Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew   Qualifications Bachelor of Business. Manufacturing experience required. Investment Castings experience preferred Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
