What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Specialist position at Chromascape Inc.?
PRODUCTION ROLE:
- Able to work 40 hours a week from 7:30-4:00pm Monday through Friday.
- Perform consumption of raw materials into finished goods using Acumatica ERP system.
- Responsible for inventory reconciliation in Acumatica ERP system
- Responsible for management of third-party warehouse transactions.
- Responsible for closing production orders in Acumatica ERP system.
- Move inventory electronically in Acumatica.
- Support the Production Planner in creating production orders.
- Perform various warehouse functions in Acumatica.
- Input and verify quality data in Acumatica.
- Participate in Inventory Audits.
ADDITIONAL TASKS FOR PRODUCTION SPECIALIST
- Provide assistance to any production as needed/as directed by the Materials Manager. This may include QC date entry, materials movements and wa etc…May be asked to fill in for employees on vacation or on leave.
- Identify areas of improvement within the Plant. Regularly participate in morning meetings and huddles.

- Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with experience in materials management.
- Experience in an ERP system such as Acumatica or SAP.
- Ability to stay on task and prioritize tasks based on production need.
- Accurate data entry into management systems
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks at the same time.
- Computer skills and ability to use Microsoft office products.
