SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
The Auto Press Operator is responsible for the setup and production of screen-printed Chrome Hearts apparel goods.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Setup screens for new prints
- Confirm the accuracy of the print production provided coincides with the current print setup
- Provide the supervisor with a TOP sample for approval before beginning production and make any changes to the setup if the TOP is not approved
- Maintain communication with the Auto Assistant for any changes in garment size / boxes
- Per feedback from the Auto Assistant, make any necessary adjustments to ensure quality of print is to standards
- Accurately record activities in weekly logs
- Monitor print output to meet required goal
- Must help team meet daily / weekly goals
- Maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive routine
- Consistently deliver pieces with a short turnaround time
- Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety protocols

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and / or sit for prolonged periods of time, some walking. Employees are regularly required to talk and / or hear. Employees will be expected to repeat much of the physical motions throughout the shift that may include use of their feet, legs, arms, wrists, hands and / or fingers. This work will involve a variety of hand operations requiring a high degree of manual dexterity and close visual attention. The employee must be able to carry and / or lift up to 50 lbs if needed.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
