Polisher - Metal Shop

Summary/Objective

The Polisher position is responsible for polishing in Chrome Hearts manufactured jewelry.

Essential Functions

• Polish high-end materials through basic bench jewelry production, including cleaning castings, soldering, and polishing, with a strong emphasis on casting cleanup.
• Maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive routine.
• Consistently deliver pieces within a short turnaround time.
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes.
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts.
• Prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and adhere to safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience in jewelry production, particularly in polishing, is preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with polishing tools and equipment is preferred.
• Ability to handle a physical workload is required.
• Strong teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Eagerness to take on responsibility with a personal sense of accountability is highly valued.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time, some sitting, some walking. Employees will be expected to repeat much of the physical motions throughout the shift that may include the use of their feet, legs, arms, wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Employees will operate a variety of equipment and hand tools in a repetitive manner requiring a high degree of manual dexterity and close visual attention. The employee must be able to carry and/or lift up to 25 lbs if needed.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

$18.25 (plus) per hour depending on level of experience
