Summary/Objective
The Quality Control / Hardware position is responsible for aiding in the quality check process of screen-printed Chrome Hearts apparel as well as the manual addition of Chrome Hearts custom hardware onto apparel noted by the work order. This role will also share inter-department responsibilities aiding in staging and finished good preparation.

Essential Functions
- Properly size sticker garments
- Separate any bad quality printed garments
- Package garments properly and put product back into its designated box
- Fold garments individually (sweaters/sweats/legging)
- Prep garments to be put through the auto folding machine
- Mark hoods with proper placement of hardware
- Iron fusing material onto hoodies where marked
- Puncture holes in hoodies where marked
- Place and hammer on grommets to secure silver hardware pieces
- Organize production in orderly fashion while keeping count
- Must help team meet daily/weekly goals
- Maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive routine
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety protocol
- Some experience in packaging preferred. Candidates are expected to learn all responsibilities in an adequate time frame
- Must have a good understanding of quality print standards and to be able to differentiate the bad from good quality prints
- Must possess basic Excel skills
- Basic iron application skills
- Must be able to work well with others and have excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle a physical workload
