Your Role Will Include
Conducting in-depth patient consultations to identify individual health goals.Managing and monitoring hormone replacement therapy programs.Overseeing peptide regimens for anti-aging, weight loss, and performance enhancement.Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and labs related to hormones, thyroid function, and metabolic health.Performing blood draws, administering injections, and overseeing subcutaneous pellet insertion.Prescribing and managing medications, including testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, thyroid hormones, and peptides.Educating patients on their personalized treatment strategies and answering questions.Providing nutritional counseling and weight management support when needed.Staying updated on advancements in HRT, functional medicine, and wellness therapies.Contributing to the development and growth of the innovative clinic.What We're Looking For
Licensed Nurse Practitioner with an active license to practice in Alabama.Strong clinical background, with experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).Familiarity with bioidentical hormones, pellet therapy, and injectable treatments.Knowledge of functional and integrative medicine principles.Proficiency in interpreting lab results for hormone optimization and metabolic health.Strong understanding of endocrine system health and its impact on overall wellness.Ability to perform blood draws, administer injections, and manage subcutaneous pellet insertion.Experience prescribing and managing medications for hormone and weight optimization.Knowledge of weight management strategies, including medications and lifestyle counseling.Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and foster patient relationships.Commitment to ethical practice and high standards of patient care.Passion for preventative and patient-centered medicine, with a focus on long-term wellness.Desire to contribute to a growing and dynamic wellness practice.Why Join Us?
