Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Truck Team members must assist in cleaning the Taco Truck after use.
• Understand and follow food safety protocols and maintain a clean and sanitary environment at all times.
• Assist with fulfilling and executing catering orders and participating in special events.
• Complete daily temperature checks to properly log and track items for thawing and cooling.
• Washing dishes throughout the day.
• Provide an amazing customer experience, by always smiling, being respectful and having fun!

Requirements:

• Valid government issued ID
• Food Handlers Certificate is required within the first week of employment.
• Truck Team members must have reliable transportation to and from service and catering locations
• Previous food truck or cook experience is not required but nice to have
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, quickly and efficiently.
• Able to remain calm under pressure and multitask.
• Motivated to achieving goals, open to learn and being coached to improve results.

Pay: $17.50 - $22 / hour
