What You’ll Do:
Lead by example, creating a friendly and engaging customer experience.
Manage shifts in the absence of the General Manager or Manager.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain store conditions above company standards.
Assist with inventory receiving, auditing, and vendor interactions.
Complete daily paperwork accurately and troubleshoot any errors.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven management experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
A positive attitude with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and on-call as needed.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and reliable, personal transportation.
Willingness to work at different store locations in the market area.
Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report and drug test.
Completion of Manager Food Training within 90 days of employment.
