Location: 430 N Grand Ave E in Springfield, IL
Pay Rate: $16.00-$16.50
Status: Part-time

What You’ll Be Doing
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude
Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases
Prepare and serve hot and cold food items
Operate the cash register and other in-store equipment
Suggest additional products based on customer needs
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Follow all policies for age-restricted products (e.g., alcohol, tobacco)
Balance cash drawers and complete shift reports
Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management
What We’re Looking For
Age 21 (due to age-restricted product sales)
Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
Reliable, on-time attendance and great work ethic
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to multi-task and work both independently and with a team
Flexible with work hours and open to additional shifts
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and 25 pounds overhead
Able to stand, walk, bend, and squat throughout the shift
Use a ladder or step stool
Comfortable working in various weather conditions
