JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose: The personnel shall have the capability of working in professional, fast-paced environment, providing administrative and Badge Issuance support.
Duties:
- Provide all functions to provide PFAC, PMP, and CAC issuance support services
- Review customer's status and physically verify customer's identification
- Issue, revoke, and recover ID certificates, e-mail certificates, and e-mail encryption keys for personnel
- Verify the validity of customer submitted form and enter forms in appropriate database.
- Generate PKI e-mail certificates.
- Reset or replace existing Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- Troubleshoot card issues and replace damaged cards
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office's suite applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to service requests to meet customer requirements.
- Notable proofreading and typing skills.
- Adapts and able to deal with frequent changes in the work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and is detail oriented.
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to meet productivity standards in a timely manner.
- Customer Service and data entry experience.
- Availability to work hours between 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday
Education & Experience
- GED or High School diploma.
- Professional verbal and written communicated skills required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol
- Previous PKI or badge issuance experience desired but not necessary
- Previous office experience preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
