Salary : Up to $53,000 / year $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!

As a clinician at Chrysalis Health, you will have the opportunity to provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and families. Assigned a dedicated experienced Clinical Manager to optimize daily practices and help manage your client caseload and navigate your professional career

Impactful Client Care Responsibilities :

Support youth up to 21 years old through our community partnerships.

Provide in-home, community-based therapeutic services to clients.

Deliver evidence-based practices such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI) for mental health and substance use counseling.

Conduct consistent individual and family therapy sessions, ensuring high-quality care.

Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

Maintain compliance with Chrysalis Health policies.

Utilize community resources for supportive services and discharge planning.

Effectively engage with culturally diverse groups experiencing psychiatric, substance use, or medical challenges.

Demonstrate flexibility by accommodating evening and weekend client schedules.

Candidate Requirements :

Must reside within the State of Florida

Education : Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.

Preferred two years of counseling experience in mental health and / or substance use with youth.

A valid Florida driver’s license with proof of insurance and a clean driving record.

Organizational and Time allocation skill abilities, and to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs, and flexibility to provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings.

Ability to utilize self-care techniques to best manage to achieve OPTimal work life balance

Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.

Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
