Job Description
The Clinical Director is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of all clinical programs at Chrysalis House, Inc. This includes providing clinical supervision to staff, developing and implementing goals and objectives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical standards and policies
- Oversee clinical projects and ensure necessary resources are available
- Conduct annual reviews of clinical policies and procedure manuals
- Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with CARF standards and other regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Demonstrable experience as a Clinical Director in a Residential substance use disorder and mental health treatment program
- Knowledge of COMAR and CARF regulations related to SUD and mental health treatment
- Ability to work in a multicultural, community-based nonprofit organization
