What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rehab Tech Full Time position at Chrysalis, Inc?

We are looking for someone who is energetic and good with people to provide training to adults with intellectual disabilities.
Training for our friends can occur at the facility or out in the community and focuses on areas such as safety, social interaction, personal self-care skills and pre-vocational skills.
If you have never done this before – no problem – we like to train folks!
Qualifications for this job are:
· Must be a high school graduate, have a GED or demonstrate the ability to provide services according to a service plan.
· Must be at least 17 years of age.
· Able to work independently and collaboratively
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions.
· Strong attendance
· Able to pass a background check
· Able to certify in CPR/FA or produce evidence of a current certificate
· Able to provide a current driver’s license and car insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
