Family Wellbeing Support Coordinator at CHS Central Office
CHS Central Office is seeking a highly skilled Family Success Support Manager to coordinate family wellbeing support services across our network of centers. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the two-generational approach and be able to empower both children and their caregivers through collaborative efforts.
Responsibilities will include working collaboratively with Centers to develop and implement family success plans, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing support tailored to each community. This role requires strong communication skills, including the ability to establish supportive relationships with caseworkers, parent/guardians, staff, and children.
Requirements:
- Ability to type and perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortability with technology, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
