The Clinic Aide maintains smooth and efficient flow of patients in clinic, performs functions delegated by department staff and maintains and promotes a safe, clean and organized environment for the delivery of care.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Requires job knowledge acquired through a high school education or equivalent.
· Ability to follow simple, routine instructions.
· Effective verbal, written and/or interpersonal communication skills.
· Ability to respond to basic customer requests with patience and enthusiasm; understand the needs of customers and escalate issues when appropriate
· Ability to frequently lift and carry, or push and pull heavy items with force of up to 30 pounds, stand and walk for 99% of the work shift.
