Job Title: Clinical Informaticist & Educator
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday first shift (anywhere between 7am-5pm)
Location: Hybrid; must be local to Milwaukee as this role requires onsite support.
What you will do:
The Clinical Informaticist position on the Provider Support team provides support, training, analysis, personalized configuration, curriculum development, testing and implementation services for Epic module(s) and other related applications used by providers. Supports multiple applications with varying users, technologies and complexities. Acts as an application expert and primary contact in two or more defined Epic core modules. Performs work that is complex and cross functional in nature. Analyzes, develops, tests and implements solutions while adhering to resource standards and training methodologies and all other related CW documentation standards. Is knowledgeable in current and future trends, technology and operations. Provides application, workflow and process expertise through knowledge sharing, guidance and training. Provides individual mentoring to enable team members to attain a higher level of technical expertise.
What you will need:
If applicable, Epic certified in 2 or more appropriate modules preferred. If not Epic certified, must achieve certification within 3 months or soon after based on class availability. Must continue to maintain certification.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent demonstrated knowledge.
Experience
Experience working with providers preferred
5 years’ experience supporting end users with EPIC
