The CHS New Danville Center is seeking a compassionate and organized Youth Wellbeing Manager to oversee the health and wellbeing of children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote healthy behaviors and lifestyles among children and families.
- Collaborate with local providers to ensure seamless service delivery and family support.
- Manage the early intervention referral process and coordinate service delivery with the Family Success team.
- Provide education and guidance to families and colleagues on social emotional development and positive classroom behaviors.
- Establish partnerships to support child health needs and manage support services providers and paraprofessionals.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated and informed on child health best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong educational foundation in Health Services, Social Work, Nursing, Public Health, or Education.
- At least 5 years of experience in health services area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- U.S. work authorization and successful completion of pre-employment background checks and clearances.
