- conduct thorough assessments

- collaborate with physicians and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care

They operate a 105-bed hospital facility, many outpatient primary care clinics, specialty centers, and more. They are currently hiring due to growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION :
The organization is currently seeking three (3) family nurse practitioners - one each for their outpatient clinics in Dundee, Seneca Falls, and Penn Yan.
The new FNP will join an established team of clinicians in a primary care outpatient clinic. Details of the role include, but are not limited to :
Providers see a variable number of patients per day, with schedules thoughtfully created to ensure each visit has appropriate time allotted.
Providers are well-supported by dedicated clinical assistants. The practice uses an EHR system.
