COMPENSATION:
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $125,000 to $185,000 Annual Compensation
- $65 per Hour Monthly Bonuses

Los Banos, California
COMPANY PROFILE:
This family practice has been providing quality care to the Los Banos community since 2009. Their patients span the spectrum from newborns to geriatrics. Building long-term, trusted relationships with patients is their goal, while serving the needs of the entire family. With a staff of more than 15 individuals, the physician assistants and nurse practitioners are highly supported by a dedicated team of administrative and clinical professionals.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new provider will receive all necessary training and orientation before beginning to work autonomously, providing a highly-supported environment for experienced providers and new graduates alike.
See an average of 20 to 25 patients per day, with all visits prepped by a clinical assistant. All services are within the scope of all-ages family practice.
The clinic sees:
- walk-in cases
- routine primary care visits
- chronic disease management
- annual wellness visits
- and more
The practice utilizes the Kareo EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
- California NP or PA license
- prescriptive authority
- ability to see patients of all ages
- new graduates are welcome to apply
