Primary Care Physician
We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at {company}.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that will provide a full scope of primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance for adult patients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review patient histories and perform physical examinations
- Evaluate, diagnose and provide appropriate treatment and patient care
- Refer patients to specialists as needed
- Provide quality clinical diagnostic skills in the delivery of patient care
- Review all test results and recommend suitable management for patients
- Prescribe medications
- Formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans
- Provide relationship-centered care, taking into account psychosocial and physical needs
- Collect and record patient information, such as histories, reports, and examination results
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure total delivery of quality care
Requirements
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification or Eligibility, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- 1 year experience preferred
- Recent graduates considered on an individual basis
- Fluent Spanish language skills

Work-Life Balance
This position has no weekends, no evenings, and no on-call. Our office hours are:
Monday to Wednesday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Salary : $225,000 - $260,000
