The Parker outpatient clinic currently boasts a staff of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members. Being affiliated with a local hospital, they have easy access to services for laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray, EKG, minor surgical procedures, and more. They are currently hiring due to growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is an outpatient primary care position in a rural health clinic, seeing patients of all ages. The new provider will be responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare, emphasizing health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education, and counseling.
Providers see an average of 22 to 25 patients per day and are supported by dedicated clinical assistants.

- $190,000 to $200,000 Base Salary, depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona NP or PA license
- DEA
- ability to see patients of all ages
- 1 year advanced practice experience preferred
- 1 year primary care experience preferred
- providers with less experience considered on an individual basis
