The new physician will be responsible for treating occupational-related injuries. Providers see an average of 15 to 20 patients per day with the support of dedicated clinical assistants. New patient visits are scheduled for 40 minutes, and follow-ups are for 20 minutes.
Physicians work collaboratively with advanced practice professionals (APPs) and APPs typically handle follow-up visits and minor procedures. We use the PrognoCIS electronic health record system.
