Our value-based model focuses on quality of care for patients, with teams consisting of physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, care coaches, nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health providers, referral coordinators, and more.
Our Approach:
- We prioritize quality over quantity, allowing our physicians to see fewer patients per day and spend more time in visits
- New patient visits are typically scheduled for 60 minutes and established patient follow-ups for 40 to 45 minutes
- Most providers see 10 to 12 patients per day
Benefits:
- $300,000 annual income
- $240,000 to $260,000 base salary, dependent upon experience
