Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working as a lead in a team-based care environment
- Providing assessment, planning, primary care, and continuous medical coverage
- Directing and supporting nurse practitioners and members of the care team
- Collaborating on care planning decisions
- Coordinating care delivery
What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes:
- Highly competitive annual income of $300,000
- Base salary range of $240,000 to $260,000, dependent on experience
- 20% annual bonus
- Sign-on bonus, negotiable based on experience and commitment
