Job Summary
The Project Management Analyst assists teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business priorities. Throughout each project's lifecycle, the analyst tracks progress, monitors project statuses, and communicates with management to address issues and mitigate risks. The role focuses on managing low-complexity, low-risk projects and is aimed at developing the skills necessary to transition into a Project Manager position.
Essential Functions
- Manages project timelines and ensures all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Coordinates with project team members and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Independently develops and maintains project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- 1-3 years Experience leading and managing large, complex projects required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proven ability to develop professional and personal relationships, with co-workers, business partners and customers, at all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership and project experience.
- Experience in coordinating multiple projects and a demonstrated proven ability and high degree of performance.
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to effectively and timely address business issues and conflicts in a professional, constructive, and nontechnical manner.
- Must be organized and show initiative.
