ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately index and categorize medical, human resource, and financial documents according to established protocols and standards.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and consistently.
- Organize physical and electronic records to facilitate record storage and retrieval.
- Review indexed records for accuracy and address discrepancies as needed.
- Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency with office software and database systems.
- Previous experience in indexing, data entry, or records management is preferred, especially within a healthcare or similar environment.
- Ability to lift a banker box full of records.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Additional coursework in office administration or a related field is a plus.
