ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately index and categorize medical, human resource, and financial documents according to established protocols and standards.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and consistently.
Organize physical and electronic records to facilitate record storage and retrieval.
Review indexed records for accuracy and address discrepancies as needed.
Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency with office software and database systems.
Previous experience in indexing, data entry, or records management is preferred, especially within a healthcare or similar environment.
Ability to lift a banker box full of records.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or equivalent.
Additional coursework in office administration or a related field is a plus.
