Job Details
Requirements:
• HS Diploma/GED Required
• Experience working in a medical practice is highly preferred
• EPIC experience preferred
• Provider administrative experience
• Experience working within a very busy, dynamic physician practice setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities will include:
• Assist with Front Office Duties
• Coordinate doctors’ office, on-call and operating schedules
• Book surgeries and radiology procedures and guide patient through entire process of care
• Obtain necessary authorizations
• Perform reconciliation of various revenue reports
• Register patient demographics
• Answering phones
• Verifying insurances
• Preparing charts
• Assisting patients with various needs
• Various office projects and clerical duties.
Salary Range
USD $21.21 - USD $29.70 /Hr.
