Details of the position :
- NP will rotate between 3 urgent care locations (Valparaiso , La Porte, and Michigan City)
- Full Time (0.9FTE)
- 12 hour shifts, shifts to include every 3rd weekend
- Open to new grads
- Collaborative, supportive team of physicians, nurse practitioners and practice support staff
