CHT USA Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to join our team! If you're passionate about technology and ready to lead our IT department, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT hardware, infrastructure, and software to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a technology plan in collaboration with various departments.
• Provide hands-on support for information systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay ahead of technological changes to keep the company competitive.
• Manage relationships with third-party support resources.
• Communicate and resolve IT-related issues for internal customers.
• Ensure consistency and standards in implementing technical solutions.
• Report on IT department status and budget during management meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5 years of relevant IT experience (preferred).
• Professional IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft MCP, MCSA, MCSE, Citrix CCEA, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP).
• ERP experience (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and plan ahead.
