What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP, Regional Underwriting Manager position at Chubb INA Holdings Inc.?
The Multinational Regional Manager based in San Francisco will lead a current team of Multinational team members who collectively underwrite a full suite of Multinational products to a universe of rostered Major Accounts and Commercial Insurance clients.
Key objectives for the role include :
- Achieve financial goals related to renewal retention, rate, and new business production.
- Oversee of renewal book including service and stewardship deliverables at the account level.
- Grow book of business through new business production and coverage expansion to current book.
- Ensure regional underwriting integrity and profitability.
- Manage regional authority inclusive of underwriting referrals from underwriters as well as referrals up through Home Office.
- Supervise, develop and train employees.
- Manage agent and producer relationships.
- Coordinate cross-sell opportunities.
