Responsibilities

- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Assist with food handling and preparation as needed while adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job.
