The Product Developer will support day-to-day product development activities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Design, Merchandising, and Production. This role involves ensuring projects adhere to timelines and meet quality standards by maintaining vendor communication, managing sample approvals, and facilitating the development process from concept to final production. The Product Developer will also be responsible for organizing materials, monitoring bulk fabric approvals, and assisting with the distribution of samples to ensure smooth execution of all development phases.
Duties and responsibilities
- Support day-to-day product development activities from concept to product development adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Technical Product Development, Product Manager, and Sourcing, to ensure smooth workflows.
- Source Raw material in line with established Sourcing Strategy.
- Develop a strong line of communication with the supply base to ensure accurate execution of design intent.
- Address issues during the product development and manufacturing stages.
- Provide oversight of the product development lifecycle and ensure seamless execution across all phases.
