Duties
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that all orders are correct before serving to guests.
- maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay any special requests or modifications from guests.
- Support the team during busy service periods by helping with food preparation and restocking supplies as needed.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling procedures.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service and restuarant dining operations is a plus.
- Ability to operate POS
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
