Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in a nightclub or restaurant setting, and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are handled efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including culinary ingredients and preparation methods.
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to sanitation standards and served promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed during peak hours to support kitchen operations.
- Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server in the food industry, preferably in a nightclub or restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with culinary practices and food preparation techniques.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with point-of-sale systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
