Job Summary
We are Chubby Cheeks 3D/4D Ultrasound, and we are a franchise company who’s goal is to empower women to become small business owners without sacrificing their family. We have found that many people want to open their own studio, however, lack the funds to get started. We offer a tiered approach to achieving this dream for those who may be interested. We opened our first studio 8 years ago and designed a unique model that is very customer oriented yet lucrative for us. We are looking for someone who has skills in General Management & Leadership, Marketing & Business Development. Through our process you will learn Financial Management & Operations of Chubby Cheeks. A definite requirement is a realization that the key to success is optimizing the Client Experience & Service.
Our tiered approach allows you to work for us while you learn the business. We offer a savings program that pays you a substantial income and savings to eventually buy out the studio for yourself. We cover all of the upfront cost and in your own time, you eventually take over the studio and become 100% owner. However, if you decide that ownership is not your dream, that option is not a requirement.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound sonographer to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing non-diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound technology. This role requires a strong understanding ultrasound techniques, an ability to work independently and a drive for success .
Duties
- Conduct ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Maintain a sterile environment by applying aseptic techniques during procedures.
- Ensure accurate patient history is obtained and documented prior to examinations.
- Analyze images for quality.
- Maintain equipment in proper working order and report any malfunctions or issues promptly.
- Creating and managing your own schedule.
Skills
- Proficient knowledge of sonography techniques.
- Strong understanding of physiology and medical terminology relevant to non-diagnostic imaging.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Excellent patient care skills, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout the imaging process.
- Familiarity with medical imaging equipment and technology.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Attention to detail in image acquisition and analysis, ensuring high-quality results.
