Warehouse/Customer Fulfillment/Sales Associate

Salary plus commission

Assisting delivery driver personal with customer fulfillment. Pulling, prepping and assembling high-end furniture.

Essential Functions

*Assist delivery driver with customer fulfillment. *Pull merchandise according to paperwork. *Prep and assemble furniture and accessories. *Receive and process products and store in correct warehouse location. *May operate forklift, dolly, pallet jack and reach truck using all safety equipment. *Pull transfers for all store and warehouse locations to load. *Loading and unloading of trucks and containers. *Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures. *Keep warehouse clean, including bathrooms. *Perform other tasks as assigned by Warehouse Manager

*Communication proficiency. *Organizational skills. *Time management. *Reliability & Punctuality. *Positive attitude *Ability to stand, bend, twist, stoop, reach, climb ladders and lift materials up to 100 pounds as well as move materials over 100 pounds using proper safety equipment. *Strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures. *Strong team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. *Demonstrates attention to detail. *Ability to operate scanning equipment. *High School education or equivalent. *1 year warehouse and furniture delivery experience preferred. *Professional appearance is a must.

Work Environment

This position works in a climate controlled warehouse setting with outdoor exposure during the workday.

Physical Demands

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, tablets and phones and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, dollies, tape dispensers and shrink wrap. This position also requires deliveries inside client’s homes and businesses. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 100 pounds or more.

Position Type: This is a full-time position.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $11.00 - $15.00/hour.
