Full-Time | $30,000 – $90,000/year (Salary Performance-Based Incentives)

Chuck Nash Insurance – Allstate is seeking a friendly, self-motivated, and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team!
This hybrid role focuses primarily on customer service, with opportunities to expand into sales and cross-selling. If you're detail-oriented, love talking with people, and thrive on building relationships, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service on billing questions, policy changes, and insurance reviews
- Assist with endorsements, policy renewals, and retention efforts
- Cross-sell policies and ask for referrals
- Keep accurate records and notes in our CRM system
- Educate clients on available coverage options and updates

- Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must demonstrate a coachable attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.
- Adapts well to rejection, maintaining persistence and determination to overcome obstacles and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
