Job Summary
We are looking for a File Clerk/Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, filing and scanning documents, managing the outgoing license plate log, issuing buyer tags and other duties as assigned. Bilingual is a plus! Shift would be Monday-Friday from 10am-7pm and 2 Saturdays a month from 9am-6pm. On the weeks you work a Saturday, you get a day during the week off!

Responsibilities

Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers

Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson

Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams

Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
- Keeps files current.
- Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
- Files and scans within appropriate file system all dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material.
