We are a growing State Farm Agency in Chattanooga, TN, seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Office/Sales Manager to lead and enhance our service and sales departments. The ideal candidate will have a successful background within a State Farm Insurance agency and a proven track record in home, auto, and life insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the agency, including service and sales departments.
- Produce and drive sales of home, auto, and life insurance policies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two existing Team Members, providing guidance and support in their daily functions.
- Take payments, answer billing questions, update client policies, answer coverage questions, explain coverage options, and assist clients with claims.
- Write ADA checks and handle daily deposits.
- Monitor and respond to the agency's email and text messages.
- Update social media accounts and respond to client reviews in a timely manner.
- Quote and write new policies, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the hiring, firing, marketing, and advertising efforts for the agency.
- Ensure the completion of beginning-of-day tasks in a timely manner.
- Participate in and manage the day-to-day activities of the agency to maintain a consistently successful sales and service team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience working within a State Farm Agency.
- Property and Casualty, Life and Health License in Tennessee and Georgia
- Proven sales success in home, auto, and life insurance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with social media and basic office software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience and prior sales success.
