Job Overview
Chugach is seeking an SME II with a background in data analytics, visualization, and development specializing in Power BI (Microsoft software) design, development, and integration to support the US Coast Guard IT Services team at the USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC. The SME II will work to process workflow metrics, dashboards, and reports to lead data driven management.
Salary Range : $110- $155K
Work Model : Onsite / In-Office
Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions :
- Work with team to develop analytic queries for report metrics and data insights.
- Develop, design, and propose Power BI dashboards and reports to lead data driven management.
- Use Power BI to assist with business processes.
- Work with data and other analysts to address requirements through performing data analysis.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyze data metrics to determine trends, thresholds, alerts, issues, problems, and recommendations.
- Coordinate with Chugach IT Services PM & Project Leads, NIWC Project Leads, and USCG Commands to achieve the goal of the project.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Consult with the customer and working group to resolve any complex problems.
- Other duties as assigned.
