What are the responsibilities and job description for the Immigration Paralegal (FT) position at Chugh LLP?
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Preparation and filing of a variety of family, humanitarian, employment, and investment-based visas (I-130, N400, I-918, I-751, I-485, etc.)
- Prepare draft applications, petitions, letters, and affidavits.
- Coordinates filing of applications and petitions, translations of foreign documents, and equivalency evaluation of foreign degrees.
- Ideal candidates will have a familiarity with the H 1B, E2, and L 1 visas process, RFE responses, TN visas, and changes of status and extension matters.
