Responsibilities
- SUPERVISE ASPECTS OF FOH OPERATIONS FOR THE FINE DINING VENUE.
- Maintain open communication with the Venue Room Chef.
- Manage, direct, train, develop, mentor, hire, reward, and discipline venue team members.
