Chula Vista Resort is looking for Full or Part time servers for Kaminski Chophouse!
Essential Job Functions:
- Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
- Upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of name and other resort experiences available. Inspect table for proper presentation and completeness.
- Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
- Take orders from guests and enter into the point-of-sale system.
- Deliver food and beverage to guest in a timely manner.
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.
Qualifications
Education:
Required- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:
Preferred- 1 year previous fine dining experience
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
The ability to work with other people effectively and with other staff positions is important. Must be willing to accept instruction to learn position.
Physical Requirements:
*Must be able to lift 20lbs.

Standing for an extended period of time.

Have full use of eyes and ears, full power of speech.
Body Movements:
Walking, turning head and torso, bending arms, wrists, and fingers.

Mathematics:
Must be able to do routine math calculations.
