Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Operations Lead to join our team at Chumash Enterprises. The successful candidate will oversee the activities of the Stewarding team, ensuring all food and beverage outlets and kitchen areas are properly maintained, cleaned, and stocked to support daily operations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the activities of the Stewarding team.
- Perform daily deep cleaning of all kitchen areas and equipment.
- Clean and maintain kitchen floors and dining areas.
- Sort and wash soiled dining and kitchen items.
- Train and mentor Team Members as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food safety regulations.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of prior experience in a lead or supervisory position within the food and beverage industry.
- One year of prior experience in dishwashing, stewarding, or related fields.
- Basic computer proficiency using Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
