Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and leading the activities of the Stewarding team.
Performing daily deep cleaning of all kitchen areas and equipment.
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local food safety regulations.
Supporting back of house Team Members as needed.
Training, mentoring, developing, coaching, resolving problems, providing open communication vehicles, and recommending disciplinary actions as appropriate.
Building a work environment that promotes teamwork, partnership, recognition, mutual respect, collaboration, performance feedback/management, and Team Member satisfaction.
