Compensation: $20.51 DOE DOQ
Shift: 4:00pm - 12:30am Tuesday - Saturday

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED strongly preferred but not required.
- One year of social services experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of and experience in using trauma-informed care principles required.
- Demonstrated experience in mediation between persons exhibiting escalated behavior required.
Essential Job Duties Include (But Not Limited To):
- Indoor Duties:
- Ensure showers are running according to site policy.
- Oversee & organize shelter supplies for CCS and C@P stock room.
- Keep inventory of shelter supplies.
- Execute Wellness Checks/Deep Cleans for indoor shelters.
- Engage with the community in a positive and professional manner.
- Redirect children and ensure guests are supervising children according to our site policies.
- Perform dinner service according to company standards (must have food handlers card).
- Oversee our hospitality area is being stocked and well kept. This includes screening incoming/current donated food for any expired products.
- Sort donations according to site policy and procedures.
- Clean the workstations and supplies as needed.
- Oversee volunteers working donations.
- Prepare indoor shelters for move-ins.
- Monitor restrooms and keep clean and stocked.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms at the end of the shift.
- Clean and sanitize showers between each use.
- Keep track of supplies for showers, such as shampoo, soap and cleaners.
- Utilize proper PPE for cleaning.
- Assign shower times for residents on open availability, and keeps track of those who miss their showers.
- Team up with reception and leads to make sure any issues with showers are being recorded.
- Assure residents are taking only one towel at a time so as not to run out of towels and have enough for everyone.
- Keep track of the time frame that is allotted for each person.
- Site Needs
- Support the Shift Lead with break coverage when needed.
- Support with training new staff. Support Case Managers with facilitating guest engagement.
- Documentation/Data Entry:
- Enter Wellness Check data into Pod files. Enter Deep Clean data into Pod files.
- Enter Site Attendance into Pod files.
- Enter laundry data into the tracking spreadsheet.
- Enter shower data into the tracking spreadsheet.
- Enter donation data into the tracking spreadsheet.
- Provide documentation in passdowns.
Work environment:
- Close quarters with vulnerable people including individuals without stable living situations who may be struggling with mental health and substance use concerns.
- Indoor/Outdoor work environment with frequent interruptions and demands, and occasional unpredictable behavior.
- Going up and down stairs multiple times a shift.
- Standing / walking the majority of shift.
- Must be able to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds or less.
