About the Job:
\We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Food Safety Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our QA department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily QA operations, ensuring food safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis.
\Responsibilities:
\- SUPVISE AND DIRECTLY MANAGE QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIANS.
- ENFORCE HACCP AND GMP PROGRAMS TO ENSURE FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS ARE MET.
- LEAD PRE-OPERATIONAL INSPECTIONS AND OVERSEE PRODUCT HOLD AND RELEASE PROCEDURES.
- ENSURE ACCURACY OF QA DATABASE AND REVIEW REPORTS FOR COMPLIANCE AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS.
About You:
\To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to drive process improvements through data analysis. You should also have experience working in a food manufacturing environment, with knowledge of HACCP, FSMA, GMP, Organic Program Integrity, and food safety regulations.
