Job Title: Senior Accountant

Pay Range: $90k annually, with a competitive bonus program

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Collaborate with the Accounting departments to develop and implement robust financial policies and controls that ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals. Take an active role in preparing, analyzing, and delivering timely and accurate financial statements and reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and maintain financial integrity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish, document, and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring strong internal controls and alignment with industry best practices.
- Prepare accurate journal entries, conduct balance sheet account analysis, and perform reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to the company’s operations, providing actionable insights to support business objectives.
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of cash-related transactions.
- Assist in financial and regulatory audits by providing documentation, reconciliations, and support to auditors as needed.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the organization and responding to evolving business needs.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; three plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Famous software preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
